I’m Jilly — the heartrageous coach — a professional life, death, loss and leadership coach, mentor, facilitator and author.
I came to coaching after a 20+ year career in marketing, communications, project and people management because I long for a world where everyone is completely themselves.
Where authenticity and self-expression are the norm.
Where we live according to the rage of our own passions and desires…not what’s prescribed by society, our families or other constructs.
We get to make it up — to create lives of meaning and fulfilment on our own terms.
I believe that a better world starts with each of us living from our hearts.

Who and how I help
I help coaches achieve professional credentials so they can help other folks create their most meaningful lives.
I help folks who’ve had a ‘gift from the universe’ dropped in their laps to be with that hard or heavy thing, then make sense of and integrate this plot twist so they can move forward with empowerment and ease.
I help people who feel stuck or misaligned or unfulfilled to find and connect with their authentic selves, have hard conversations about the things that matter most, and then live courageously, unapologetically and passionately…on their own terms.
I help leaders bring their values to life through their behaviours and relationships to create meaningful impact in the world.
My coaching flows through four streams:
HEAVY STUFF COACHING
You’ve received a ‘gift from the universe’ and need dedicated sacred space to make sense of what’s happening…and you want skillful witnessing, compassionate support and practical tools to allow you to integrate and keep moving forward in your life, even when things feel uncertain and forever changed.
