Are you a coach pursuing or renewing your ACC or PCC credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF)?

I am an ICF Mentor Coach and offer flexible Individual and Group Mentor Coaching packages.

I love supporting coaches in your learning and skill development, as well as creating rich space for your unique style as a coach to be nurtured and brought (more) to life.

Straddling the line between ‘coach’ and ‘teacher’ is my sweet spot! It’s an honour to partner with coaches to bring even more skilful and robust coaching to your clients….and more aliveness and confidence to your coaching practice.

Are you a Co-Active Coach pursuing your CPCC through certification?

I’m a proud CPCC and offer mentor coaching for the Co-Active Coach certification process.

Co-Active certification literally changed my life. Working with my coach during certification was a critical part of my becoming as a coach, and as a human! Partnering with an experienced Co-Active coach to walk alongside you as you navigate the pod experience, stay on top of assignments, practice the Co-Active skills and ways of being with your podmates, prepare for and integrate the learning from your supervision sessions, and prepare for the final exams is a vital support for a rich (and successful) certification experience. I’d be honoured to support you through it all.

Jilly is a fantastic Mentor Coach. Her contribution to your journey will be long-remembered, given her genuine passion for coaching, years of experience, and savvy for the nuances of ICF certification.
Jilly’s thoughtful, collaborative approach to learning is her gift...and would be hers for you.

About Jilly’s mentorship style:

I work to create a safe, courageous and fun space for your learning. All participants are required to commit to both group behavioural agreements, and a personal commitment to learning. This supports each of us to bring both our beginners’ minds AND all our wisdom to this learning playground, and to show up in full engagement of our own and the group’s learning.

I believe in honouring and leveraging the brilliance in the group while gently and directly urging you to play bigger and more boldly in your coaching. We focus on catching you doing it “right” and shining light on sharpening, fine-tuning and expanding your demonstration of the core competencies. We will celebrate your skills and growth, and have lots of fun along the way.

“Jilly masterfully facilitated our learning with a perfect balance of allowing for group discussion, mentoring, managing and adapting content, and keeping the group engagement going throughout the mentoring process. Jilly has a fantastic energy and really knows how to do this work well.
— Julia Szucs, Team Coach

Jilly’s mentoring training and experience:

I achieved my ACC in 2015, renewed it in 2019, then achieved my PCC in 2020, and renewed it in 2023, so I’ve been through the ICF credentialing process a few times! I also achieved my CPCC from the Co-Active Training Institute (in 2015) and enjoy supporting coaches through the Co-Active certification process.

I began mentoring in 2020 and quickly learned I needed more information, skill and an understanding of what the review process at ICF entailed, so I completed Mentor Coach Training through Recipro Coach, along with some peer mentor coaching, and completed the ICF Assessor Training program (although I have no desire to be an assessor!). I also participate in mentoring, supervision and self-directed study to continue to grow my mentoring skills and knowledge.

To date, I’ve supported 5 small groups, and 15 individuals through 1:1 mentoring to achieve their credentials (ACC, PCC, and/or CPCC). And, I think it’s important to share that I’ve had a couple of mentoring clients who did not pass either the performance evaluation or exam on their first attempt. In these rare cases, I offer additional support to be with this disappointing outcome, to learn from it, to recover and to prepare for — and succeed at — second attempts. There is rich growth in these experiences.

Jilly did an amazing job to create a safe, encouraging, warm, and inviting space during our group sessions. She prepared readings for us ahead of time and we knew what to expect in the group sessions, but she also left room for us to design our group so we could get what each member wanted out of it.

I also completed my individual supervision hours with Jilly and I felt so nurtured and cared for during these sessions. She gave me practical, useful, and valuable feedback on how I could improve and offered so much encouragement which I really appreciated as a newer coach. Jilly was prompt in responding to all of our questions and put our mind at ease as far as the ICF process goes.

Jilly is so warm, inviting, fun, and knowledgable and I treasured our time together. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.
