Thank you for your interest in mentor coaching! I will review your information and will be in touch within 3 business days with next steps, which will include:

Setting up a 30-minute conversation to meet each other (if we haven’t already!), ensure we both feel alignment and to answer any questions you might have
Completing a self-assessment to identify where you are shining and confident and perhaps needing to stretch in demonstrating the Core Competencies

Reviewing and agreeing to both group behavioural agreements and a personal commitment to the learning process, which will require approximately 1-2 hours per week during the program
Reviewing and signing a service/coaching agreement and establishing payment, which will be invoiced in four equal parts monthly beginning on the first group session date
Scheduling your 3 x 1:1 sessions with me and ensuring you understand the timelines involved in submitting recordings to me (minimum 72 hours BEFORE our session)
